On 19 September, members of the Alliance for Women’s Economic Empowerment in the Republic of Moldova attended a training on effective communication and advocacy methods led by CIPE Ukraine colleague Anastasia Baklan. Alliance members developed key messages to be used during their advocacy campaigns. CIPE’s Regional Director for Europe and Eurasia, Natalia Otel Belan, shared with the members of the Alliance successful examples of the work of other coalitions from the region. The event was hosted together by the Women and Girls Empowered – WAGE, the ABA Rule of Law Initiative, CIPE Europe & Eurasia and local partners the Center for Entrepreneurship and Economic Policy and Women’s Law Center.
